The user manual is built into the control panel. May be installed using a separate MySQL database or using the database WordPress already uses. The data is used for comparisons during later scanning. When the database is initialized, files sizes and a computed file content signature are stored in the initialized database. Generally, often-updated files and directories would be omitted, like tracking logs and cache directories. All of the domain's document directories, if desired.
